Re-make Guarantee on Savoir No1 & No2 “Savoy” Bed
(this does not apply to the No3 or Savoir Faire No4 Bed)

If, within six weeks of delivery of your Savoir No1 or Savoir No2 Bed (The Savoy Bed), you decide and notify Savoir Beds that you would prefer your mattress to be softer or firmer, we will be happy to re-make it either softer or firmer. Savoir Beds will carry out the work free of charge, although we will make a charge for delivery. We will schedule the work as soon as possible, but precise timing will depend on the production schedule at the bedworks. Savoir Beds will provide a replacement mattress for the period of work (typically one month), but this may not be of the same specification.

Please note that a new mattress needs to settle in, and you should sleep on it for four weeks before making the decision to re-make.
